Apply heat at 320°F / 160°C using firm to strong pressure for 11-13 seconds. Always conduct a test run first. The transfer won't be damaged by higher temperatures, increased pressure, or extended duration, though the fabric might burn.

If fabric scorching occurs, first try reducing the pressure. If issues persist, maintain lower pressure and decrease temperature by 10-15°F. Experience will help you determine optimal settings for different materials during your DTF printing process.

3.Remove After Brief CoolingThanks to our innovative Quick-Release Technology, removal works at any temperature. Allow brief cooling time and remove. If design sections aren't adhering, reapply with increased pressure and temperature (+15°F). If needed, continue raising temperature by 15°F until successful. Remember, DTFCorner Transfers remain undamaged by multiple applications.

4. Secondary Application & Care InstructionsCritical Note: Unlike other DTF providers who suggest single application, our extensive testing proves a second application delivers superior results.

Once the design has transferred and protective film removed, place provided baking paper or single fabric layer over the design and apply heat for ~15 seconds. This step enhances your product quality by improving durability and texture while reducing gloss. For glossy finish, utilize a protective sheet during the second application. For maximum longevity, launder garments reversed in cold water and tumble dry low or air dry. Standard washing works fine, but gentle cycles extend product life.
