At DTFCorner, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first, and we will do our best to make things right.

By placing your order, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy.

Refunds & Reprints

  • 45-Day Policy: We offer a 45-day refund and reprint policy for transfers and supplies.
  • Blank Apparel: All blank apparel must be returned within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a full refund.
  • Request Process: Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint.
  • We will reprint any order that has a print quality or adherence issue.
  • Refunds or reprints for other reasons must be approved by management.
  • Design Requirements: For orders including DTF Transfers or Gang Sheets, please ensure you have followed the design requirements correctly.
  • Order Confirmation: Verify that all shipping address details are accurate before placing your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to confirm all order details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Ensure the refund has been processed.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach Out to Your Bank: There can be additional processing time on their end.
